Welcome to the Clinical Cognitive Neuroscience (CCN) Laboratory of the Olin Neuropsychiatry Research Center.

Our laboratory applies the theory, tools, and techniques of cognitive neuroscience to better understand, diagnose, and treat illnesses of the brain.

A major focus in our laboratory is on the spectrum of psychotic illnesses, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorders. In addition, we are committed to research in personality disorders with specific emphasis on psychopathy. The CCN lab works in collaboration with Medical Image Analyses Laboratory and operate in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry at the Yale University School of Medicine

Visual and Auditory Presentation Package (VAPP) is a program that displays visual images and plays pre-recorded sounds on an Intel based personal computer for use in psychological experiments. We use it to present computer stimuli for most of our ERP and fMRI protocols.

Check out the Olin Image Acquisition and Analyses course - to be held  July 12-14th, 2006.
