Purpose:
The purpose of this study is to examine with the aid of fMRI the effects of oral marinol (synthetic THC) on brain functions involved in driving.Drug:
Marinol - a synthetic THC (an active constituent of marijuana)Eligible:
Normal, male and female subjects over 18 years of age, who do not use street drugs.Visit Frequency:
Subjects are seen twice. The first visit is a screening visit and takes 1 hour for physical, psychiatric and neuropsychological examination. The study visit consists of approximately 3 hours of scanning time and 2 hours for drug absorption.Labwork:
A urine sample is collected upon the subject's arrival. One tube of blood is drawn following the scan.Compensation:
