Who Am I?
Deirdre came to the US from Ireland in 2000 after
receiving her B.S. in Chemical Sciences from the Dublin Institute of
Technology and Dublin City University. She joined the Cognitive
Neurophysiology lab at The Nathan Kline Institute, Orangeburg, New York in
April 2000, where she spent 2.5 years working as a Research Assistant/EEG
Technologist. Then she moved to Boston and for 5 years she held the
position of chief technologist in the MEG/EEG lab at the Athinoula Martinos Center for
Biomedical Imaging. She joined the Clinical Cognitive Neuroscience Lab at
the Olin Center as a research assistant and the electrophysiology lab
manager in August 2007.
Roles & Responsibilities
Here at the Olin center she is responsible for the day to day running of the
ERP lab. She will also be involved in studies with the Anxiety Disorder Center
