Who Am I?
Dr. Griss obtained her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in August 2006. Following her clinical internship in Neuropsychology at the Charleston Consortium Internship Program/Medical University of South Carolina, she joined the Olin Neuropsychiatry Research Center as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Cognition, Brain Imaging, Behavior Research and Allelic Variation Laboratory (COBBRA Lab). Under Dr. Godfrey Pearlson’s mentorship, she is pursuing her research interests in aging. Dr. Griss is interested in examining the relationships between neurological variations, cognition, and real-world functioning in aging populations. Clinically, she is interested in the neuropsychological assessment of dementias. Dr. Griss is also a clinical postdoctoral trainee as part of The Institute of Living’s postdoctoral fellowship program.
