Who Am I?
Raymond earned a B.S. in both Chemistry and Molecular &
Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT in May 2007.
At UConn, he worked in the chemistry lab of Dr. William Bailey as a research
assistant and wrote his undergraduate thesis on his University Scholar
research project, “The Triple Anionic Cyclization Cascade: a novel approach
to polycyclic caged compounds.” After graduation, Raymond joined the ONRC
research team as a research assistant. He hopes to contribute to the
neuropsychiatric research literature, and eventually go to medical school to
pursue a career as a physician.
